Volunteering

Our auction, indeed our entire school, depends on volunteers to help keep costs low and educational quality high. Plus, it can be fun and rewarding to pitch in and work together for a comon goal! School families, parishioners without children in our school, members of the community -- everyone is welcome to join in!

School families:
As part of the fair share contract, each family agrees to perform a certain number of volunteer hours. Helping with the Auction is a great way to earn them!

Parish and community:
Even if you're not the parent of a child at Holy Family Catholic School, you're welcome to help..we'd be thrilled to have you!

Picking up borrowed tables from other schools/churches

 

 

During Auction:

Coordinate appetizer service for silent auction

 

Tend bar for silent or live auctions

 

Usher - helping folks move from silent to live and back safely!

Live Auction Runners and Recorders

 

Check-in, Check-out

 

General Clean-up

 

 

Post Auction Needs:

Washing dishes (day after auction, 4/18)

 

Moving tables from Gym back to Celebration Hall

 

Returning borrowed items to other schools/churches
